  • Minimum/General Experience: At least 25 years of related experience
  • Minimum Education: PhD preferred - MS Equivalent in Engineering or Science. Advanced degree in Engineering or a related academic field preferred.
  • Functional Responsibility: The Executive Scientist serves as program or company executive and provides guidance and direction to the Chief Engineer(s) regarding strategic issues and extremely complex technical and scientific issues. The Executive Scientist is responsible for the overall (technical, schedule and financial) execution of projects, related projects and programs. He provides instructions to Chief Engineer(s) responsible for task orders in view of the program perspective and corporate and governmental objectives.

  • Functional Responsibility:The Chief Engineer provides masterful technical direction and leadership for large, complex task orders and may assist the Project Manager in working with customer agency reps. Ensures timely and cost effective accomplishment of contractual commitments and/or established goals. Works under the guidance of the Executive Scientist and is responsible for the overall technical direction of a specific task order.

  • Functional Responsibility:The Senior Systems Architect is reponsible for complex design/development activities and technical oversight of other engineers. Typically leads the technical activities of other program or project employees.

  • Functional Responsibility:The Senior Integration & Test Specialist possesses expert systems, thermal design and hardware integration and test skills that are recognized by industry and government customer agencies. The Principal Investigator serves as mentor to program and project employees and possesses expert knowledge and procedures relative to system and subsystem hardware integration and test. He has demonstrated ability for requirements development, configuration management, problem resolution, and execution of complex procedures for integration and test of multifaceted systems. Possesses wide breadth of I&T expertise which is applied at high-level government program offices and test agencies.
  • Minimum/General Experience: At least 15 years related experience
  • Minimum Education: MS preferred - B.A./B.S. Equivalent in Engineering or Science.
  • Functional Responsibility:The Lead Engineer possesses demonstrated ability to perform independent research of complicated engineering problems resulting in solutions which directly apply to the customer and corporate needs. Possesses hands-on direct research experience in development and execution of major prototype or acquisition systems. Applies specific government or industry standard engineering tools and processes in the execution of program objectives. Proven ability to lead and direct significant size projects and multiple engineering areas is required by the Investigator. Applies advanced engineering skills to significant business areas.

  • Minimum Education: BA/BS/Equivalent in Engineering or Science.
  • Functional Responsibility:The Senior Software Engineering Specialist exhibits technical development and testing skills at a masterful level that are recognized by customer agencies and industry. Serves as mentor and team leader of technical staff and possesses expert knowledge of application, test, and communications systems. Develops test requirements, plans, and procedures for evaluation of prototype, research and development, and in-field service acquisition systems or test equipment. Demonstrated ability to provided configuration management, in-field training, servicing, and problem resolution of development items.

  • Functional Responsibility:The Senior Engineer possesses expert computer, electrical, or mechanical systems design and development skills that are recognized by industry and government customer agencies. The Senior Engineer serves as mentor to program and project employees and possesses expert knowledge and procedures relative to system and subsystem computer, electrical, or mechanical hardware design and development. Individual has demonstrated ability for requirements development, configuration management, problem resolution, and execution of complex procedures for computer, electrical or mechanical design, integration, and test of multifaceted systems. Individual possesses wide breadth of expertise which can be applied at high-level government program offices and test agencies.
  • Minimum/General Experience: 8 years related experience
  • Minimum Education: B.A./B.S. - Equivalent in Engineering or Science.
  • Functional Responsibility:The Engineer coordinates and integrates technical projects gear toward computer, electrical, or mechanical design and development of hardware. He may work directly with the customer agency representatives and program participants on assigned projects. The Engineer provides overall computer, electrical or mechanical hardware design and development support for multi-task contracts and/or multiple contracts. The Engineer will report directly to the Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer or Chief Engineer as appropriate. Works with other program or project members toward overall systems design, development, testing, and manufacturing. In addition, the Engineer is responsible for generating system bill-of-materials, checking drawings, generating engineering-change-orders, and developing work instructions. The Engineer will work directly with material vendors to determine the best parts designs for manufacturability and costs. He will participate and assist in project planning, reporting, costing, and schedule management.

  • Functional Responsibility: The Project Manager coordinates and integrates technical projects and may work directly with the customer agency representatives and project participants. The Project Manager provides overall technical, cost, schedule, customer relations, and project team support for multi-task contracts and/or multiple contracts, The Project Manager is responsible for overall project control including initial planning, reporting, cost, and schedule management and technical management.

  • Functional Responsibility: The Senior CAD Designer coordinates and integrates work activities of other CAD Designers assigned to the same project or task. On his own or with minimum supervision, the Senior CAD Designer generates mechanical designs from customer specifications and sketches provided by the design team. He provides constructive suggestions as to how best to design parts for cost, durability, fabrication, and assembly. He provides expert information and recommendations on material selection as well as manufacturing processes and methodologies. The Senior CAD Designer performs drawing control functions and develops documentation control systems. He checks drawings of other CAD Designers for accuracy and performs dimensional and tolerance analyses. The Senior CAD Designer participates in project design reviews to provide expert information on system suitability for manufacturability and logistics. He works with vendors and can act as principal point-of-contact in fabrication of parts and assemblies.

Is responsible for overall project administration duties that may span planning, reporting, and project cost, schedule and technical control.

  • Functional Responsibility: The Senior Technician exhibits skills at a masterful level in the manufacture and repair of both mechanical and electrical systems. He supervises activities associated with the assembly and test of manufactured systems. He understands and can instruct others in the art of reading component and assembly drawings. The Senior Technician can develop work instructions for assembly of products that are straight forward, efficient, and easily understood by other technicians and team members. He exhibits a high-level of knowledge and skill in the set-up of test beds for bread-board experiments, prototype tests, and production product quality checks and evaluations. With little or no supervision, he can follow test procedures and collect test data as he conducts testing of experimental, prototype, and production systems. Based on his experience, he can make recommendations for changes to procedures and test plans to improve accuracy and easy of testing. He develops schedules for manufacturing and prototype assembly based on timelines provided by management. The Senior Technician acts as mentor to more junior technicians.

  • Functional Responsibility: The CAD Designer exhibits good skills in the use of one or more CAD software programs to design parts for a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. He has expertise in generating mechanical designs from customer specifications and sketches provided by design teams. The CAD Designer can work effectively and efficiently with technical staff and other designers in designing products and producing individual component drawings as well as assembly drawings. He has expertise in dimensional and tolerance analyses. He provides knowledgeable advice in the selection of materials for components and manufacturing techniques for assemblies. He is very familiar with drawing control processes and can follow required procedures for these systems. The CAD Designer provides informed suggestions as to how best to design parts for cost, durability, fabrication, and assembly. With some supervision, he works with vendors in fabrication of parts and assemblies.
  • Minimum/General Experience: 4 years related experience

  • Functional Responsibility: The Technician exhibits skills at a high level in the manufacture and repair of both mechanical and electrical systems. He has the ability of accurately reading component and assembly drawings. The Technician can read and accurately follow work instructions for assembly of products. He has the experience to recognize problems with drawings and work instructions and bring these problems to the attention of more senior technicians and engineers. He exhibits skill in the set-up of test beds for bread-board experiments, prototype tests, and production product quality checks and evaluations. With some supervision, he can follow test procedures and collect test data. He has the initiative to make recommendations for changes to procedures and test plans to improve accuracy and easy of testing. He can follow schedules established for manufacturing and prototype assembly. In addition to assembling metal and electronic components, the Technician can manufacture cables and assemble simple electronic boards.

  • Functional Responsibility: Applies developed skills and knowledge of techniques in a specific professional, scientific/engineering, or technical area. Under general supervision, performs a variety of assigned tasks including analysis, evaluation, troubleshooting, and preparation of procedures and documentation. May be called to assist with presentations, task planning, resource coordination, and/or budget development. Must be able to work independently or under general direction.

  • Functional Responsibility: Develops, gathers and organizes system related information. Analyzes and formats information developed and used to evaluate the system. At the direction of more senior employees may develop, plan, coordinate and integrate systems related requirements to support various elements of military and commercial programs or efforts. Systems Enigneer routinely conduct studies, technical assessments, system analysis and architectural level analysis to determine system performance and effectiveness May formulate and use statistical methods, mathematical models or representations to conduct analysis. These employees often provide technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations, conducts customer training, and provides recommendations for solutions to customer problems.
