problem solving. Ensures timely and cost effective accomplishment of
contractual commitments and/or established goals. Works under the guidance of
the Scientist of a specific task order. |

The Senior Integration & Test Specialist possesses expert
systems, thermal design and hardware integration and test skills that are
recognized by industry and government customer agencies. The Principal
Investigator serves as mentor to program and project employees and possesses
expert knowledge and procedures relative to system and subsystem hardware
integration and test. He has demonstrated ability for requirements
development, configuration management, problem resolution, and execution of
complex procedures for integration and test of multifaceted systems.
Possesses wide breadth of I&T expertise which is applied at high-level
government program offices and test agencies. |
| Lead Engineer |
At least 15 years related experience |
BA/BS/Equivalent in Engineering or Science. |
The Lead Engineer possesses demonstrated ability to perform
independent research of complicated engineering problems resulting in
solutions which directly apply to the customer and corporate needs. Possesses
hands-on direct research experience in development and execution of major
prototype or acquisition systems. Applies specific government or industry
standard engineering tools and processes in the execution of program
objectives. Proven ability to lead and direct significant size projects and
multiple engineering areas is required by the Investigator. Applies advanced
engineering skills to significant business areas. |
| Senior Software Engineering Specialist |

BA/BS/Equivalent in Engineering or Science. |
The Senior Software Engineering Specialist exhibits technical
development and testing skills at a masterful level that are recognized by
customer agencies and industry. Serves as mentor and team leader of technical
staff and possesses expert knowledge of application, test, and communications
systems. Develops test requirements, plans, and procedures for evaluation of
prototype, research and development, and in-field service acquisition systems
or test equipment. Demonstrated ability to provided configuration management,
in-field training, servicing, and problem resolution of development items. |

mechanical systems design and development skills that are recognized by

mechanical hardware design and development. Individual has demonstrated
ability for requirements development, configuration management, problem
resolution, and execution of complex procedures for computer, electrical or
mechanical design, integration, and test of multifaceted systems. Individual
possesses wide breadth of expertise which can be applied at high-level
government program offices and test agencies. |
| Engineer |

BA/BS/Equivalent in Engineering or Science. |
The Engineer coordinates and integrates technical projects gear
toward computer, electrical, or mechanical design and development of
hardware. He may work directly with the customer agency representatives and
program participants on assigned projects. The Engineer provides overall
computer, electrical or mechanical hardware design and development support
for multi-task contracts and/or multiple contracts. The Engineer will report
directly to the Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer or Chief Engineer as appropriate.
Works with other program or project members toward overall systems design,
development, testing, and manufacturing. In addition, the Engineer is
responsible for generating system bill-of-materials, checking drawings,
generating engineering-change-orders, and developing work instructions. The
Engineer will work directly with material vendors to determine the best parts
designs for manufacturability and costs. He will participate and assist in
project planning, reporting, costing, and schedule management. |

overall project control including initial planning, reporting, cost, and

The Senior CAD Designer coordinates and integrates work
activities of other CAD Designers assigned to the same project or task. On
his own or with minimum supervision, the Senior CAD Designer generates
mechanical designs from customer specifications and sketches provided by the
design team. He provides constructive suggestions as to how best to design
parts for cost, durability, fabrication, and assembly. He provides expert
information and recommendations on material selection as well as
manufacturing processes and methodologies. The Senior CAD Desginer performs
drawing control functions and develops documentation control systems. He
checks drawings of other CAD Designers for accuracy and performs dimensional
and tolerance analyses. The Senior CAD Designer participates in project
design reviews to provide expert information on system suitability for
manufacturability and logistics. He works with vendors and can act as
principal point-of-contact in fabrication of parts and assemblies. |

high-level of knowledge and skill in the set-up of test beds for bread-board

collect test data as he conducts testing of experimental, prototype, and
production systems. Based on his experience, he can make recommendations for

systems. The CAD Designer provides informed suggestions as to how best to
design parts for cost, durability, fabrication, and assembly. With some
